fantastic workout place, good trainings, nice crowd, good music, just absolute vibes. Everytime im in Montreal im going, and the week passes give you good value.
Solid place, Mathieu was a good instructor. Their spin bike though is old and lacking a pedal strap on the right side, and when I used it as one of the stations, as part of their workout routine, I got bruised pretty bad when my leg fell off the unstrapped pedal. The lady at the reception didn't even have an antiseptic to give me. Will not come again, fix your equipment! (And have a complete first aid kit please!)
