This was an amazing workout with a really great coach who had amazing energy. The place is extremely well-maintained. It is renovated. It is spacious. All the equipment is new. The bathrooms are fantastic. They also provide towels and wipes for the machines. The whole concept is well designed my only complaint is that I feel like this is a more advanced/intermediate level type of workout because the coach doesn’t assist and guide newcomers that much.
