Edit: Elena reached out to me very kind and apologetic for the miscommunication. Understandably life gets hectic, family, schedules, sickness I can empathize with her and believe she wasn’t intentionally just ignoring me. I saw Elena today and she corrected everything, I have very oily skin and so any sort of permanent makeup etc needs different care than someone who just has normal skin.
