Very unprofessional. Told me they would do my hair for a big even and now can't get me in. 3 weeks out! Talked way ahead of time about her doing this and she had no problem! Rachel is unprofessional on the phone, Dawn lies about doing you hair and taking care of you after you already had a horrible experience with coloring there, and they are booked out at least 3 weeks one person said 3 months! If they tell you they will take care of you and fix their mistakes! They won't!
