A welcoming, energizing boutique studio with affordable prices, dynamic and challenging workouts, and intelligent sequencing! I dropped in and it felt like Sarah and Karin knew me for years. You could feel the community. Can’t wait to be back!

Studio Elevate Fit- Boutique class fitness you might find in an exclusive gym or spa. I attended Sarah’s barre class and the attention to physical alignment was superb. Sarah’s cues were on the mark, and the sequence of movements were designed for maximum effect. I’ve been attending classes of all kinds for decades, and I’ve taught and trained-I’m only saying this to underline how impressive this studio is to me. Highly recommend!
I recently tried out the BURNBarre class here. It was my first group exercise experience and I absolutely LOVED it! Booking the class through the MindBody app was very easy. When I first arrived Sarah greeted me right away and helped me settle in.
