I’m always impressed with this studio. They offer such a range of different classes and different levels. There’s a great vibe from the minute you walk in the door. So welcoming and fun. Highly recommended!
Studio Elevate Fit- Boutique class fitness you might find in an exclusive gym or spa. I attended Sarah’s barre class and the attention to physical alignment was superb. Sarah’s cues were on the mark, and the sequence of movements were designed for maximum effect. I’ve been attending classes of all kinds for decades, and I’ve taught and trained-I’m only saying this to underline how impressive this studio is to me. Highly recommend!
I recently tried out the BURNBarre class here. It was my first group exercise experience and I absolutely LOVED it! Booking the class through the MindBody app was very easy. When I first arrived Sarah greeted me right away and helped me settle in. She gave me a quick tour and showed me where all the equipment was, and also gave me a rundown as to what the class format would look like. The space was clean, organized and inviting. I recently dropped in for a class and loved it! The studio is so bright and has such a great vibe. The owner and instructor were so nice and welcoming.
