This is my home away from home ❤️. It is such a wonderful space to practice yoga, exercise (barre) and attend work shops. Lee Ann, the owner, is a doll and has created a peaceful & special place with her knowledgable & talented instructors and staff. Love Studio East ~ highly recommend!
Studio East is a gem! I’d say a best keep secret of Worcester County, not just Uxbridge. The entire studio is designed with both salon and yoga experiences in mind. Top notch stylists and yoga instructors make this a great place to treat yourself and practice self care.

My first visit to Studio East's workshop called “Spa Night” was amazing. It was not merely a yoga class; it was a sanctuary of serenity, a refuge from the chaos of everyday life. I found this session to be a unique fusion of tranquility and rejuvenation.
