I was a bridesmaid in a wedding party & all 4 of us (including the bride) were to get our hair done here! We were running 5 minutes late & called to inform them & in return they let us know the stylist also wasn’t there yet so not to worry. We get to the shop & the stylist still isn’t there after about 15-20 minutes of waiting a lady in the wedding party asked if they knew when our stylist would be here. We were supposed to get bridesmaids and bridal hair done, and after our hairdresser was 30 minutes late, we were getting antsy. Turns out, she forgot about the appointment. When I asked where the hairdresser was, I was greeted with less than kindness. Then, they proceeded to ask if we had confirmed or made sure our appointment time was correct.
