EXTREMELY unprofessional. They canceled my friend’s makeup appointment for her wedding, not just some random event, but one of the most important days of her life, “supposedly” because of a scheduling conflict. She had booked this appointment MONTHS in advance. They barely even acknowledged how frustrating and unprofessional the entire situation was. Completely unacceptable.
