I absolutely LOVE these classes! So fun and just right for strength and flexibility training. I’m reaching my fitness goals so much faster and it doesn’t feel like a workout. All of the instructors are so kind and a joy to be around. I can’t wait for the next class!!!
This studio is my first encounter with pole fitness and I am HOOKED. Sadly just a visitor but this studio has amazing instructors and programming. Safe environment with great vibes.

Marlene is a wonderful pole dancing instructor! She made an intimidating sport so fun and attainable for all of us beginners in the class. She's so kind and encouraging. And her pole dancing skills are unreal!
Marlene and her instructors lead women on a journey of empowerment through the art of pole dancing. They create an experience that allows each person to discover their unique strength and beauty within as well as develop a community of support.
