I had several services done this week by Chantelle. She was absolutely amazing especially since it was my first time with everything! She did a great job, she explained what she was doing, she was professional and kind. Just an overall fabulous experience!
Being from Chicago, I was nervous to get my hair done here in Carbondale. Sabrina did a great job on my hair! I couldn't be happier. Fairly priced and very friendly service! Would recommend.
I went in with one of my girlfriends for a mani-pedi on Saturday. The wait was short, which was nice. The young woman who greeted us was polite and made sure we understood the pricing of the services we requested. They didn't have enough staff to be able to do our pedicures at the same time. The woman who did our pedicures was very polite and did a great job. Kim cut at least 3 inches too many off of my hair, and the cut itself is terrible. The layers are not blended whatsoever, and the bottom is choppy at best. I would not recommend, nor will I ever return to this establishment.
