I brought my Subaru outback in with a messed up bumper and am needing to get it fixed. Nick promptly looked at my car, gave me a more than fair estimate, was very transparent, and accommodating. he is my new go to guy and I will be telling my friends. Great experience!
A really great family run business with top notch people who care about their customers. Steve and Nick went above and beyond showing great customer service. I was always greeted with a smile. They gave me a ride home so I did not have to ask a friend. And, they washed my car before returning it. This made the whole process (distressing as it may be to have your car damaged) just wonderful. And their work is impeccable, done with great precision and care. They are my forever "go to" guys for body repairs on my cars.
Great place! It was my first time getting into a car accident with my front & back left doors and back left wheel & tire damaged. Universal Mitsubishi highly recommended this place. Boy I wasn't disappointed. The owner Nick made me feel at ease that everything is going to be alright and that my brand new car will come back looking like new.
