Try finding a more passionate coach than Sam. Her dedication to good technique, smart boxing and safety in the sport are incredible. You´ll not only learn the how but most importantly the why which will help you growing and learning even after a class or a retreat. Besides that she balances fun and seriousness with an unmatched energy.
