Samantha is, quite simply, a master trainer. The way she works with her athletes is on another level, she’s patient, intentional, and takes the time to break down drills in a way that actually lands. I flew across the country to train with her, and in just a short time she’s shown me more than I’ve learned in months of training elsewhere.
