I’m literally writing this review as I’m getting my pedicure. The ladies here are amazing! The hospitality here is amazing and all the ladies speak Spanish and English which is great because I brought my mom (Spanish speaker) and I was able to have a conversation with them. I also love that they sat my group together. Ashley did my pedicure and she was very detailed and took her time. I have my reservations about disclosing the names of the technicians that attended me~they will always be booked u see! 😊 but I'm not gonna be that selfish. Omar did my pedi and Pris did my mani. They both killed it! They are very professional and extremely awesome individuals. I found my new FAVORITE spa! @studio_chicnailandspa #palmdalebest
This could be accredited to my late timing but arrived around the top of 5PM and was told I would not be able to be serviced because the nail tech who was available for feet already had a customer (who she seemed to be just about done with) and wouldn’t be willing to stay a little after to service me. Not only that I was told to book an appointment even though there’s signage posted stating that walkins are welcomed.
