Sarah has been absolutely wonderful to deal with making 2 cakes for 2 parties for my daughter’s 18th Birthday. Thank you Sarah for creating 2 beautiful looking cakes, just as we’d hoped for and both cakes tasting delicious! Our favorite was the chocolate mud cake. We look to our next order. You helped make our event special with your amazing creations.
Absolutely first class customer service. I had a simple phone request initially to confirm product availability and that exchange was pleasant and helpful. The in store experience was even better - nothing is too much trouble - very welcoming and efficient.
Super quick and convenient to organise , got exactly what we were after
Sarah-Jane helped us out with a custom cake at fairly short notice. It was a minecraft inspired TNT cake and it was just spectacular! We actually thought the 8 year old’s head was going to explode when he saw it! Customer service was amazing and the quality of the cake was second to none! Took the stress out of making the cake and absolutely made the young fellow’s day! A huge thank you!!!
I have been ordering cakes, cookies and cupcakes from Sarah-Jane now for more years than I can remember. No cake has ever been too difficult and last minute cookie orders for functions have never been a problem and always a hit with staff and guests, (if you haven't tried the cookies get onto those, so delicious). Thank you Sarah for yet another amazing morning tea contribution!
