1 star for service, style, and cut. Skill: I showed Monica a picture of what I wanted. She cut and styled it, but it looked absolutely nothing like the picture. So, I would never go there for styling. As for the cut, I washed my hair the next day and I saw that she butchered the back. There were big chunks randomly taken out of the back and it was not blended with the rest of my hair. It looks like I’m trying to be an 80’s rockstar. Really nice ladies, price were good and my hair turned out perfect. Will be back for my next cut and gonna get a root touch up
Did me and my mom dirty. Not gonna say names but she’s in multiple 1 star reviews. Told my mom she “needs vitamins because her hair was too thin” Girl please. Anyways. Cut looked fine but the styling wasn’t it at all.
Hair was 1/2 way down my back as I hate to spend time getting it cut. I read all the rave reviews of Monica and now realize those must be fake because she really messed up my hair royally after I showed her a pic. Reminded me why I hate getting my hair cut. I was pretty sure I was in trouble when she went to get the owner to help. They spoke Spanish while discussing my hair. I do not speak Spanish so thought it rude.
