best gym ever!Alex and Rob are always motivating and I feel good the next day
I am so grateful for the support and training from coaches Alex and Rob. I’m the strongest I’ve ever been, and pain free for over a year from previous injuries thanks to their one-on-one boxing and training sessions. I cannot recommend Undisputed Boxing enough. They’re more than boxing, they’ve created a gym family.
Fantastic gym! Coach Alex and Rob are great people and even better trainers. They are both friendly and inviting to newcomers interested in boxing. The community of Undisputed are extremely friendly and supportive of each other. Both the coaches and the community always give feedback on my performance which is something I very much appreciate.
