Bungee fitness is a low impact workout. Individuals are put in a harness and attached to bungee cords to workout with low impact on joints. Bungee workouts are completed in 30 minutes and use weights, resistance bands, cardio and strength training! You will get your heart rate up and feel the effects for hours of class!

These classes are so much fun and very inclusive! The class is plus-size friendly and great for anyone looking to get into working out again, or anyone who just wants to have a good time while burning calories! I highly recommend this class to anyone looking for a good workout in a great environment!
