I only signed up for one class as I wasn't sure if I was going to like it even though it looked to fun to be true! But it was all it was cracked up to be! I loved loved it. Victoria was amazing she had modifications if you weren't able to do certain things and you weren't criticized if you couldn't, keep up. Not only did my daughter sign up with me, but I have two of my coworkers and two of my friends that may be signing up as well. This is definitely a MUST try. It truly helps to not strain joints, it's supports your back. The best of all is that you work your core and glutes more with the bungee workout, 30 mins is all you need, trust me. The instructor was fabulous. She made sure we understood direction and kept us safe, also allowed us the opportunity to push ourselves.

My friends and I tried Studio Bungee and we were NOT DISAPPOINTED! It was so much fun. We laughed, we worked out, we danced and we broke a sweat and it was just an introduction to Bungee fitness! Our instructor Ray was the bomb and she got “The Moves!” We will be back! I must try the entire fitness routine. I highly recommend if you are looking for a new way to exercise, burn calories, and move your body. I enjoyed every minute and I need double knee replacement.
