Absolutely love this place! 🤍 The natural light in the studio really works wonders during practice, it creates such a calm, uplifting, and focused atmosphere. The semi-private classes are another huge plus, because you genuinely feel like the attention is on you and your progress. It never feels crowded or impersonal. The whole space is beautifully designed, peaceful, and very welcoming. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a more focused and personalized experience.
Has become my go to pilates studio since moving back to Toronto. The group classes are small and all the instructors are great.
Best Pilate studio ever! All the coaches are super nice, and the classes are interesting and challenging, and I feel I made a lot of progress in the past year. The group class is 4 student max, and everyone gets attention from the coach.
