Tried calling for 1week no one answers the phone. They have voicemail. The one time they answered awhile back they brushed me off with no alternatives!! I would suggest the booking system and the communication process. Thanks !
I always have such a fantastic experience with Vanessa! I literally go to her for everything (nails, waxing, facials and laser). She is not only highly skilled but also incredibly attentive and professional. My nails turn out absolutely perfect every time. I was extremely nervous to start laser on my face but she was super patient and she explained every step clearly, which really put me at ease. I’m always satisfied when I leave the studio! I highly recommend!!!
