I have went to Brittany 3 times for highlights and lowlights, she do a get job with the highlights. The third time, I added a hair cut vs. a trim. The hair cut is nothing like the picture I showed her and it is very much shorter than the picture and uneven in the back. I am not happy, thought I might like it better in a few days, but I like it less ready to get a wig. Becky
