Horrible service. I booked for 12:30 cause I had to travel later in the day. The stylist calls me 1hr before the booking pushing it back to 1:30. When I arrive someone is in the chair 🚩 Then they have me wait 30 mins ; then directs me to the sink to wash my ALREADY WASHED hair 🚩 I never asked for a wash or deep conditioning Stylist tells me oh it’s part of the deal on Monday and Wednesday. 3 hrs pass and 5 braids down waiting on the 6 Worker comes to collect funds and telling me since I added the wash and deep conditioning... read more

I have been going to this salon and I’m going to stop. With the amount of money people are spending the stylist can be more welcoming, I say hello to everyone when I walk in they don’t even respond. Even the stylist that did my son’s hair was not welcoming. The older woman that is the receptionist is very nice and the barber is nice and you can tell have manners. I had the greatest experience! I got help from both locations Flatbush Ave and Utica Ave, each staff member I work with was really knowledgeable and kind! I can’t emphasize enough how great of a job Sha did with my hair! Will definitely be returning for future needs!
