The Dailey Method has literally changed my life. The owner, Joanna Amelio, welcomes everyone with open arms into a little tribe and community of health and wellness. Focusing on alignment and strength, this barre studio is unlike any other. And all of the instructors are AMAZING. I highly suggest it to anyone looking for an amazing workout!
When I first moved to the area, I used ClassPass to find a gym or studio that I liked. Immediately, I found The Dailey Method and it felt like home! Joanna is the kindest and most welcoming person there is, and she does a great job making everyone feel valued in her studio. All of the instructors do a great job of differentiating instruction and modifying moves to meet the needs of the students in the class. You will not fine anyone more attentive to the needs of her clients than Joanna. She pours her heart into her people.
Everything about this studio makes me smile. From the owner, instructors, and staff to the clients, the clothes, and the classes - just beyond great. ♥️ You must try it out!
