Got a Groupon for a mani/pedi combo. She didn't seem comfortable touching feet. My nails hurt the next day and the polish started peeling. One week later I took off the polish and had fungus on my nails. Never again!
One star is one too many. Arrived at 9:50 for 10:00.....posted hours stated open at 9....only one operator who was late sat in parking lot for 20 minutes. Poor and limited selections of nail color. Groupon was a scam as routine services were up-charged (removing old gel, callus removal). Took way too long for service, no other people in shop on a Thursday during gem show. Poor communication skills and little customer service; should have read the reviews. Not a pleasant experience and would never return or refer anyone.
Disappointed paid for color , high lights and cut all my grey is still showing thru hair has a shape less cut don't use this salon if your style is important to you .wish I had read reviews first.Follow up they blamed it on the shampoo they sold me .this was my 2nd visit to the same hair dresser Clarissa
