Booked a lash appointment as a first time client, new to the area, appointment was never accepted. Attempted to be in contact with the lash tech but no response and no update. I made work accommodations in order to make appointment and still was not able to get the service. Unprofessional to not consider individuals time and money for a service we expected to receive.
So many great designs, and the products she uses are amazing! I would recommend anyone getting nails, pedicure, manicures -Studio Bella Vida with Liz is the BEST!
