I've been seeing Jenn for my very acne prone skin and brows for over 10 years, I think. She understands how acne impacts me and is committed to doing whatever my skin needs. She has great products right in the spa and has also recommended outside products when needed, because her priority is me and my skin being happy. Jennifer is wonderful, and her facials are so calming. She is also just a kind, warm, pleasant person - this makes a huge difference when you are coming to unwind and relax. Bad interpersonal interactions ruin so many salons! My husband really enjoyed his experience too - she made his nose look brand new and blackhead free;)
