Started doing studio barre in January and I was hooked after the first class! Such a welcoming environment with instructors and other participants that encourage and empower others. It also has childcare which is a huge bonus! So glad I found this place and I would highly recommend to everyone! I have a back issue and my core and back have never been stronger! Also, my 65 year old mother takes and loves the classes too!
Omg my tush!! Such a great overall workout, but I swear my rear lifted 2 inches!
