I have been going to SJC Studio Barre for a year. I initially started coming when my doctor recommended I start a Barre class for pre-osteoporosis. I ABSOLUTELY LOVE SJC Barre. Kymbry, the owner, and every single one of the instructors are so supportive and encouraging!!! They now feel like family to me. I have met so many amazing women who come to Barre class. I can't say enough good things about this studio. For years, I looked for exercise I actually ENJOYED. Barre is AMAZING. You feel SO ELEGANT even if you've never done dance (I haven't). And the instructors are so knowledgeable with zero "pressure to perform". They help ALL levels and they make you feel incredibly comfortable. Lindsay is my favorite and she does SUCH a good job of learning everyone's name and making them feel included. 10am class is my fav!! Give them a try. YOU WON'T REGRET IT!!
I absolutely LOVE Studio Barre SJC! The barre instructors are amazing, and the workouts are both fun and effective. :) I’ve been a member for two years and can’t imagine ever leaving-simply the BEST!
