I've been a member at Studio Barre for just over a year and I love it! Surround yourself with a welcoming and fun spirited group of women of all ages. Don't be fooled by the calisthenic workout, it's a tough workout and you will feel the burn! It's addicting. Even after a year, I still get the shakes doing moves. My legs are toner, my butt lifted, abs stronger and I have maintained my sculpted arms at 38 yrs old.
