I’ve been going to studio barre for almost a year now and I love it! They mix up the work outs so you never get board. I like that they have 5am classes so I can workout before work.
I absolutely LOVE going to Studio Barre. It truly feels like a community and you get to see familiar faces in every class. It's a low impact but very challenging workout and you start noticing results fast. I feel so much more confident after attending regular classes. I highly recommend Studio Barre!
