From 5:30 am classes to weekend sessions, the gals at Sol Barre are always welcoming and encouraging to every class member. They offer challenging workouts with modifications, helpful corrections, upbeat music, and always cheerful dispositions. Thank you for creating a wonderful exercise community.

I have anxiety around fitness and these classes have been awesome. A good amount of stretching and breathing along with challenging exercises.
I moved to Bozeman almost 6 months ago and started looking for a place to exercise. I walked through the door and knew I was home. Great teachers and great students to exercise with. Lots of laughs and support from this community. Thanks, friends!
