Two years later... here I am... writing a second review. I had another opportunity to visit Studio Balayage, and Eda was gracious enough to fit me into her schedule. Of course, cutting my hair is more of a snack-break compared to a five-course gourmet meal her talent can deliver for more complex desires. After a typical cut I’m often struggling to get my hair to cooperate after as little as two weeks. Eda did such a great job with my brunette/reddish balayage! I am so happy with the results and will be coming back again and again. my previous salon closed and it's so hard to find a person you can trust to do great work, well Eda is that person! I can't thank her enough
I came back to Eda ( the owner) after a few years thinking I’d be in good hands. I scheduled an appointment and she reached out a week later saying something came up and she couldn’t do it. Then after asking she agreed to take me at a later time that day. She’s def a nice person but lacks customer service. My appointment was to include a blow dry and she rushed through my hair, left dark hair dye stains all over my face and then told me she didn’t have time to blow dry my hair. But had the audacity to charge me for it. She h... read more
