I absolutely love Studio B. Tara offers a variety of classes to meet different needs and preferences. My personal favourites are b Class and FOCUS--that said, I enjoy all of her classes! Whether you're just getting back into a fitness routine or looking to explore something fun & energetic, Tara offers classes for everyone. Highly recommend!
Beautiful, modern studio right in the heart of the mountains. I always feel so inspired when arriving in Canmore. Studio B has all the right classes to match this feeling and mood as I unwind in the Rockies. HIGHLY RECOMMEND
Studio b has so much to offer from centering yoga to intense full body Focus workouts to playful and freeing BooTy. The best part is that Tara tailors the classes to not only improve your physical well-being but your mental well-being as well. The space is lovely and inviting...highly recommend!!
