I've been a client of Shannon and her amazing team since 2016 and would not skip my monthly facials for the world. Shannon is the OG of skincare since way before skincare was even such a thing. Shannon is amazing! I have been looking for the right esthetician for while and she customized a facial that was exactly what I was looking for - extraction queen. My face has never been so smooth. 100% recommend.
I wish I had a better experience here. But I still have the scar from a pimple they extracted during my facial around 7 months ago. When you pay so much for the products and service the benefit is having someone you can email about your personal skin issues but I never got a response (via phone or email) even though I was working to reschedule a facial and adjust my routine. Edit: you maybe could not find my email because it was a year later you responded. It was January 2nd to Beza Beneberu.
