I ordered my sons graduation picture since 09/04/24 and I still have not received it. Every time I call they never pick up, I have left several voicemail and no one has called me back.
4 stars because both Blake and Nate were very friendly, professional, and helpful. 4 stars and not 5 because I wish they had an outdoor area for more picture background varieties.
We went to do the Senior Yearbook photos only. This may be why the photographer didn't care how the picture came out. We got 6 poses (I think). Only one was DECENT enough to submit for the yearbook. Even my son said he could have taken a better picture with his cell phone camera. We saw the photographer in passing. His hair was standing up in the back of his head, and he was dressed a bit sloppy, as if he overslept, and rolled out of bed and came straight to work. I also came two years ago with my older son.
