Very disappointing experience. “Princess Knetzer” was one of the worst hairstylists I’ve ever experienced. She did not pay attention to my requests, pulled my hair several times, and had a terrible attitude throughout the appointment. She even poked my eyes with her long nails, which was extremely uncomfortable. I had freshly pierced my ears and despite telling her, she kept on being reckless and hit her nails and comb. Princess rules!! She was so kind and so fun and I am absolutely obsessed with the cut she gave me! I am obsessed with my hair now and definitely plan on coming back. ♥️
I had the best experience with having a head spa treatment! Sarah was so sweet and explained every step of the process. I loved seeing the before & after analysis of my scalp. So clean and fresh after the treatment! The actual head spa part was so calming and relaxing. I will definitely be coming back for more! A great way to pamper yourself and leave feeling refreshed & gorgeous!
The whole team at HVN is amazing! I recently tried their new Head Spa and it was a lovely, relaxing experience. The room is comfortable and calming. If I could go weekly I would. They also use a camera to view your scalp before and after the service so you can see the difference in how clean your scalp is. I recently have had some hair loss due to losing weight and was concerned about new growth. It was helpful to see healthy follicles still on my scalp to allow for new growth. I had the head spa with Princess and it was such a relaxing experience! Definitely something I will go back for. I brought my girls for a summer haircut and she was so kind and made them feel special! All the salon staff is always so friendly and welcoming.
