Shannon is phenomenal. I always love the hairstyles that she gives me. I've never left unhappy. She's very patient and if she doesn't like the style she'll take it down and start over. She's an excellent loctition.

I like the head stylist and wish her all the best. I got compliments on the health of my hair after a silk press by Bria although it hurt a bit to have two inches chopped off. Initially (first visit), she showed me my hair after straightening, where the damage was and where she wanted to cut. I acquiesced. She did however surprise me with a charge well over $100 for a service listed as $85 on her website. My daughter went today to get a tapered hair cut. And butchered is all she got. Her hair is not blended at all. It looks like a four yr old did it. This can not be a professional establishment. I don't know if they do other services well but tapered haircuts needs to be off the menu.

They are not Locticians , wash my hair with chemicals, then sprayed hair SHEIN when done. The Locs did not stay in when she retwist my hair . THERE LOCS !!!!
