Convenient and New I signed up for this gym before they expanded and I loved the separate women's exercise area and the fact that it was always empty...haha but I think since they have expanded the gym and made it two floors, it gets really packed. Good for them...the owner is a retired cop and he was really cool. I don't go here anymore because I don't live in town anymore but this is a great non-franchise gym that has everything you need to get a workout done!
