Went here based on a recommendation from a friend and fell in love. The instructors are knowledgeable and caring without being pushy. I've gone to other gyms where I've felt like I was constantly being sold to, but not here. It's relaxed and fun!

I recently joined Studio 8 and have found the instructors to all be so friendly. The classes have been great and atmosphere is very positive.

I have been a client of Studio 8 Fitness for several years now and I still remember my very first class and how amazing Donna's energy was. This studio is not just another place to workout, it's a place of friendship, support, acceptance, challenge and fun! Great place to get a workout in. The staff us on top of things. Entrance in the upper parking lot as well as a entrance in the lower parking lot but the comedy club. If you're looking for a workout class this is the place to sign up in the Waterford area.
