I was hesitant to leave a review because I’m sure my experience is unique, and the owner seems lovely, but way too much of my hair was cut off than was necessary or than was shown to me. I use heat on my hair maybe 1-2x a year with straightening. No blow drying. No diffusion. My hair is healthy. Last had a trim a few months ago. I was told that length would be retained and only an inch and a half or so would be taken off. I walked out with about 4-5in shorter hair overall length with additional layers.
