canceled twice in one week… was looking forward to getting my hair done with a new person. safe to say i wont be continuing to try to schedule something.
Completely unprofessional. After having the appointment booked, I was contacted and told it needed to be moved. Okay.....I moved other appointments to accommodate it. Then, two hours before, I'm texted and told I have to reschedule. I work. I take time FROM WORK. Completely wasted my time. If you can't fulfill your COMMITMENT to your patrons, then don't work where people depend on you to honor that!
