I have gone to many of the different service providers at the salon and ALL of them are so super talented. Saba has created such a beautiful clean environment that is organized and efficient. I went to Amelia today and she did a beautiful job on my nails and she is so sweet it was a pleasure talking to her during my appointment !
I had a Russian Manicure w/ Venus today & I will definitely be coming back to her for my nail services. She was very friendly & did a thorough job with cleaning my cuticles and nails. Will def recommend her to friends and family! My nails look amazing, Thanks again Venus🤍
Russian manicures are very rare in the Bay Area. I always went to the local walk-in nail salons but noticed my nails were always left weak and bending. They use hard builder gel here which allowed my nails to grow naturally and I can’t help but stare at how clean and detailed they do cuticles. They also take the time to paint the polish as close to the cuticle as they can so my manicure looks fresh for longer. I’ve gotten my nails done by Sara, Rachel, and Saba here and they’re all good.
Poor customer service after my nails (4 out of 10) started to lift from the cuticle 9 days after having them done. With evidence of 3, 4, 6 and 9 week nail retention on your business social media. And only 5 star reviews. This would be the quality of service a client viewing your work would expect to receive to.
