I've been having my hair done by Ginny for many years and won't let anyone else touch it now. She always does a great job. She has even fixed several of my self color mistakes in the past.
I’ve had really good experiences here before, but after last time I’m never going back. She completely rushed through my appointment. I have curly hair with platinum blonde chunky highlights and I went for a retouch, cut, and style. She didnt leave the bleach on my hair for long enough and used a toner that did nothing. my roots are practically orange and don’t match the platinum blonde at all.
