Studio-6 Tempe has been provided the worst hospitality experience I have ever experienced. Dirty and Cockroach infested room and security latch on the door was sheared off. Because of the cleanliness and security concerns, I could not stay in the room and had to book another hotel. They would not refund my money and did not even refund the $50 security deposit. Terrible customer service and an unethical company. DO NOT STAY HERE OR ANY STUDIO/MOTEL 6 PROPERTY!
We stayed here in April of 2023 for about a week. The room was clean. Security guard was polite, friendly and armed to the teeth which I liked even though I thought it was funny. We didn't have any issues with noise or troubled people. We enjoyed staying there.
The rooms have a great kitchen set up plenty of space.Nice big table, it's quiet.The location is very secluded, which I love and it's right next to the freeway.I have no complaints and i've been here for almost a week.
