I booked 3 months in Advance here for Beyond just to go in today the date of check in, and they said it was cancelled but yet I never got confirmation nor did Expedia of the cancellation ???? Called and spoke to Expedia and they said it’s not cancelled and they called the location and finally admitted that it was canceled by motel 6. Worst F N place the cancelled me because they jacked up the rates for the event.
Made reservations several months prior to be in town for the Beyond rave. Did not pay in advance but had confirmed reservations. We showed up and we were told the reservations had been cancelled in February which was absolutely not on our behalf. We've seen similar reviews where they would cancel reservations, especially unpaid ones, to resale at higher prices.
The rooms have a roach infestation, a problem Motel 6 is not addressing, nobody has complained about, or both. Service and location are okay. But I will not be standing at this location ever again.
I did a reservation for today and the Indian lady in the office discriminate because of our color because we are African American and she didn't want to rent a room to us and she treated us like we are homeless
