Room had a million roaches Coffee pouch was still in the coffee pot Saturday I couldn’t get in to the lobby at noon a woman in the lobby instructed me to walk to the front, I walked all the way around and it was still locked She then says the lobby is closed I was annoyed because after making me walk the last she could’ve did was find out what I needed in the lobby

Checked in and the bathroom was never cleaned, the floor and sink is dirty like they haven't cleaned it in a while, asked house keeping to clean it and they said no .... instantly bad ... not to mention only half of the bathroom is renovated .... tub tile is new, but not the actual tub, just painted and the walls are old, bad paint and dirty

They have cockroaches. I don't think my sheets were clean. There was still hair on them. the floor was sticky. house keeping is taking pictures of occupied rooms. i am pretty sure.is illegal innovation of privacy. and thay don't have do not disturb signs.

I was enjoying my stay until I start seeing roaches. I went downstairs to explain to the front desk. Four people was in the front talking that was bilingual, and they couldn’t come open the door to let me in. They made me walk all the way around the building then when I explained to them that the customer service was very poor and bad all of them start talking in Spanish. I paid my money for service. I should not have the receive ignorant behavior, and I’m a customer. Very bad service.
