My bf and I stayed in the same room for 3 nights, and intended to rebook. Then got busy with gig work. We got back to the main office, and they told us we were DNR, do not rent. With NO phone call, no text/email, no notice + staff had gone through our room and took it upon themselves to gather our PERSONAL affects. This WOULD HAVE been a decent hotel, if they had communicated to confirm if we were rebooking or not. Instead of not saying a word and letting us find out when we were on site. Rooms were recently renovated and modern. I didn't understand why the snack , beverage,and ice room was closed after a certain time
