Rooms were recently renovated and modern. I didn't understand why the snack , beverage,and ice room was closed after a certain time
Sooo I’ve been here for a while and it’s very peaceful! Nobody bothers you here!! Love love LOVE the front desk ladies and management!!! They are very sweet and gives great customer service which is not an easy thing to do! I have a really big dog and he’s a massive pitbull that barks at everything and I have no problems walking him because there’s no one just hanging out loitering or anything like that. Quiet hotel great and fast check in , rooms are exactly like the photos would definitely return my next visit
My family was staying at this motel 6 and it was horrible. The service was terrible and the staff didn't even bother assisting our time here. They make up rules as they go. Even though I picked up the my dog poop I was still kicked out of the motel, now I have to find somewhere else to stay!!!!! Thanks a bunch 🤡 Edit: There were multiple roaches crawling in our room. This place is clearly not up to date with the pest control
Normally I would of given the studio 6 suites located in Norcross Georgia a 5 star rating, but every since the manager(Betsi) put me and my fiancé on the DNR list over something so petty this hotel doesn't not deserve a rating at all. Since giving birth Besti attitude has gotten out of control and she lacks customer service skills.
