I needed a quick room for the weekend so I chose the fastest cheapest place. I booked online before I read the reviews which is my fault. Let’s start with the room, It looked clean when I first arrived.Not really any complaints with that but it was HEAVILY infested with roaches. The rooms were in poor condition, with mold growing on the ice and bedbugs infesting the beds. Additionally, the housekeeping staff was very rude. One of the housekeepers knocked on our door at 9:30 AM, insisting that we needed to check out immediately while tapping her wrist as if signaling time. I was also unaware of the $80 deposit fee. I would never recommend anyone stay here. Next time I come to Hinesville, I will find better accommodations.

The room was different from the photos shown on Expedia, especially the bathroom. The photos showed a bathtub that looked relaxing, but when we arrived, there was no bathtub at all. I was very disappointed. The Wi-Fi connection was also poor. It frequently disconnected and sometimes did not work at all. In addition, even though we told housekeeping that service was not needed, they still looked into our room. Rooms are outdated and dirty and doors inside and appliances are damaged and then they charge you a 100 fee when you check in. The house keeping crew are constantly insisting for their service when you say no. It feels like they are out there to get your money.
