Room was filled with cockroaches we were killing them constantly. The room reaked of insecticide and cigarettes even with a non smoking room. Water would pour out of the bottom of the sink. The bathroom door was screwed together and was peeling apart and my daughter got cut on a screw hanging out. Not impressed at all. Only decent part about our stay was the employees at the office desk. They didnt give us a refund just $15 back after paying $68 for the room

This place was absolutely disgusting from the start. We checked into two rooms with my family and right away it smelt awful. Unfortunately as the night progressed we found 2 cockroaches in our bedroom it crawled right on top of our bed and across my 3 month old babys leg. We obviously wanted to switch rooms. The receptionist were very kind and helpful and understanding with the whole situation. It seems like it's a frequent thing that happens there. Cant give Less than 1 ☆ or I would! Rooms Stunk horribly used a whole can of Ozium and that didnt even work! AC didnt work worth a crap, thank God i brought a fan! Fridge didnt work would and I had Insulin the needed to be refrigerated! Pulled everything off bed (oy had Sheets) sprayed everything down with an entite can of Bug spray, No Hot water, bathroom ceiling had huge water bubble and was gonna bust at any time, Had to call for remote and the smart.lady at the front brought me one without a back to even hold the batteri... read more
