ROACH MOTEL!! This is not a motel, it's low income housing where you can stay for $1000 bucks a month. Plus, it's full of mental patients, drug addicts, drug dealers and low rent people. The grounds are in disrepair with trash all over the parking lot. The laundry room is atrocious with worn out machines. Management was not cooperative or helpful and seemed unwilling to address concerns. This place is over 40 years old and run down. No amenities worth mentioning and HORRIBLE WIFI. Do yourself a favor and stay somewhere else.

Freezer was leaking into fridge. Kitchen light malfunctioning. Very little water in toilet. Outlets flipped, not working. Dog poop not picked up in grass areas (not their fault). Trash specifically under the trees (weird hard drives, caps to containers, cigarette butts, and glass). People screaming in the middle of the night (2a.m.). Overall, the area is great, Preston Rd areas, etc.

Mistakenly booked this hotel but stayed anyway for 2 nights. Rooms are very small, not many accommodations, appears old inside of rooms with smell of smoke. No breakfast. An asset, their is a laundry room on the premises.

Man... I don't like to give bad reviews but if you check in room 140 and you don't have bugs... You will when you leave there. I booked 2 nights and got there after 6pm. I literally killed 110+ roaches. I couldn't even sleep. They were LITERALLY EVERYWHERE! I couldn't stay the 2nd night I took a overnight shift. The outside doesn't match the inside. I won't complain but I didn't come with bugs so I didn't expect to leave with any. All I will say is ask to see the room before booking bc they may all not be like that. Overall ... read more
