I wish I could give this place zero stars. From the moment I stepped into the lobby, I knew I had made a huge mistake. The front desk was completely unattended, leaving me waiting for what felt like an eternity just to check in. When someone finally showed up, they were beyond rude and acted like I was inconveniencing them. The room itself was a nightmare. I normally don't review hotels, but just like many people when I have a bad experience, I come running. It all started at the counter checking-in. Great lobby, looks nice, smells nice. (Gives me false hope.) Guy at the counter asks me if I want to charge the card on file used for the reservation. I respond by asking charge the card for what. Because I'm thinking it's already been charged for the stay so he must mean the hold for incidentals (and if so I need to know how much) or some other thing I know nothing about. He resp... read more
