They cancelled our stay the day of our arrival and all we received was an email. We were flying across the world and looking forward to going to bed but on our layover I checked my email to see that both of my rooms had been cancelled without my permission. I called the 800 number and they told me the hotel had cancelled it and to call the hotel directly. The worst, dirtiest,most unsafe,motel I ever been to, the kitchenette, stove top, didn't work,toilet kept flooding over, and plugging up, baby almost lost fingers in the broken air conditioner, fan area was busted out, there are no services, they didn't give towels,we stayed 6 nights and and received towels 1 time for 1 person there was 2 of us,day staff only spoke English, and was very rude,other staff no English and rude never stay there again

Reserved a handicap accessible room. They gave us a key and said it was the only place available. We got over to the room. It wasnt safe to sleep in. The bolts for the door stop were missing, and the door latch fell out screws and all. Without safe rooms, the place should be condemned

Read the reviews already posted. Plus there was blood on the walls in the bathroom.

I will say that management is super nice. Willing to help figure out the best way to solve a problem and I think for us that's 90% of the battle. When the office people are not rude or short with the clients it makes a huge difference. The rooms are ok. They R in the middle of a remodel so can't complain there and it's not a full of crazy activity like it used to be. I appreciate that also. Location it's not bad just far from my work is my biggest draw back. Everything else is good tho.
